Booking policy
Our cancellation policy for events requires 30 days advance notice: To be eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administration fee, you MUST contact us and have received acknowledgement a minimum of 30 days in advance of an event.
After 30 days prior to an event, we reserve the right to fully charge in the event that we are unable to secure a replacement booking. In the event that we are able to secure a replacement booking, we will issue a refund minus the $75 administration fee.
We also reserve the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrolment and will inform registrants a minimum of 14 days in advance. A full refund will be issued in this case.
Due to this booking policy, we recommend that registrants consider travellers insurance where appropriate to protect their travel costs. A cancellation is very disappointing to all concerned - to the registrants who have cancelled and we the business operators. More than likely we will have turned away other potential registrants. Thank you for your understanding.
